Working alongside the project’s design team, Ozzy brought decades of structural construction knowledge to execute what most builders wouldn’t attempt: cutting through a 10-inch structural slab, driving new piles through existing grade beams, and concealing steel columns inside existing walls to build a 3-story addition with rooftop living space. All while the homeowner hosted family and guests throughout construction.
